Our university application assistance process is designed to simplify the application process, maximize your chances of success, and ensure you find the best fit for your academic goals and aspirations.

Step 1: Online Application Submission

The first step in our process is to complete the online application form on our website. This form captures essential information about your academic background, preferences, and the universities or TVET colleges you are interested in attending.

Step 2: Application Review

Once your application has been submitted online, our team of experienced professionals will carefully review your chosen courses and universities to ensure they meet the minimum requirements. We will also assess the demand for the courses you've selected, taking into account the current job market and industry trends.

Step 3: Qualification Assessment

Based on the information provided in your application, we will conduct a qualification assessment to determine if you meet the entry criteria for your chosen courses and universities. This assessment considers your academic performance, qualifications, and any other relevant factors.
Step 4: Consultation

Upon completing the review and qualification assessment, you will be required to proceed with Consultation. During this consultation, our expert advisors will discuss the courses and universities you qualify for based on your academic performance. We will also provide guidance on courses that are in high demand and align with your interests and career objectives.

Step 5: Application Submission

With your payment confirmed, we will proceed to submit your applications to the universities and TVET colleges of your choice. Our team will handle all the necessary paperwork.

Step 6: Residence Applications

For students interested in on-campus accommodation, we will assist in the application process for university residences. Our team will provide guidance on the available options and ensure timely submission of your residence applications.

Step 7: NSFAS Applications

If you are eligible for financial aid through the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS), we will initiate the application process once it opens for the next academic year. We will guide you through the application requirements and ensure that all necessary documents are submitted on time.

Step 8: NSFAS Accredited Accommodation and Registration

For students seeking NSFAS-accredited accommodation, we will facilitate the process, helping you secure suitable housing options that meet the NSFAS criteria. Additionally, we will assist with the registration process to ensure a smooth transition into your chosen institution.
